However, I contacted customer service and the gal I talked to said that since I was local to Utah they were able to make arrangements so I was able to pick up my hardware locally instead of needing to wait another week to build it. We got the DIY version, and the hardware was missing from the shipment. I have a dedicated space for my art and I can leave it there and come back to it when I need to!Ī couple of things I didn't like with purchasing the DreamBox:ġ. By having everything organized I am able to grab all of the supplies I need in such a short amount of time, which means I spend more time creating!Ĥ.
